Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any site part, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You may only visit the website or use any services if you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Ordering and Payment
Before accepting your purchase, we must receive full payment for the price of the items. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address you provided in your order form after payment in full has been received. We have accepted your order. When we receive your order, we create a legally binding relationship between us.
We do not take orders from anybody under the age of 18 or from anyone unable or unwilling to engage in legally binding transactions through this site. Please only use this site if you qualify.
Acceptance of your order and fulfillment between you and the Golden Cascade will be completed when the items are sent unless you cancel your purchase within 5 working days after full payment. To cancel your order, please email us the subject line 'Cancellation' and include your order number and address. Any returns made beyond the above-mentioned 5-day period will be at the discretion of Golden Cascade Jewellery.
Defected or Damaged Product
Upon delivery of the goods, all parcels must be opened promptly in the Courier's presence to ensure that the Goods included within the package are unhampered with and undamaged. You accept that if you do not do this and later discover that the Goods are missing or were damaged during delivery, we may be unable to claim against the Courier or our insurance.
As a result, if you do not do so, you agree that you will be entirely liable for any such loss or damage and agree to waive, release, and indemnify us from and against all claims arising from it to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Please notify us within 5 working days if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you bought.
We will assist you in resolving any concerns as soon as possible by replacing the item after the damaged item has been returned to us by the postal service. Once you have notified us about the problem, we will confirm the return address in writing.
